Sit and Be Social
FOREVERWELL® offers opportunities to learn, discover and build friendships through social and enrichment activities. Lunch & Learns, book clubs, creative arts, Mahjong, knitting groups and other gatherings give adults a welcoming way to connect. Whether you are looking for conversation, creativity or community, there is a place for you at the Y.
Get Out and About
FOREVERWELL® trips are designed to help adults enjoy new experiences without the stress of planning every detail. Outdoor recreation excursions, bus trips and flight-based travel opportunities invite participants to explore destinations, cultures, cuisines and hidden gems near and far. Each outing offers a chance to step out of your routine while building meaningful connections with fellow travelers.
Move and Groove
Stay active and have fun through FOREVERWELL® programs that support movement, balance, strength and confidence. Opportunities may include line dancing, walking club, water fitness, balance classes and other programs that help adults maintain an active lifestyle.
