Explore, Connect, Discover
YMCA Adult Trips offer a mix of travel opportunities for adults who want connection, culture and adventure. From local outings in the Fox Cities to comfortable bus tours and flight-based getaways, each trip is thoughtfully planned so you can enjoy the experience without handling every detail yourself.

Trips FAQs
No. Outdoor recreation excursions are local outings, and transportation is not provided. Participants are responsible for meeting at the trip location at the designated time.
Add your name to the waitlist in case there are cancellations. The Y may add additional buses to trips with extensive interest if available.
Trips will continue “rain or shine” unless the transportation company determines that it is unsafe to transport passengers. In this case, the trip may be rescheduled and/or a credit will be issued.
Gratuity is included unless otherwise noted.
For outdoor recreation excursions and bus trips, contact Julie Swiecichowski at 920.886.2177 or gro.seiticxofacmy@ikswohciceiwsj. For flight-based trips, contact Kate Yates at 920.886.2105 or gro.seiticxofacmy@setayk.
Not all transportation vendors can accommodate wheelchair-accessible vehicles for all trips. Persons who require assistance must be accompanied by a paid participant who is fully responsible for that person. The YMCA of the Fox Cities and its volunteers may not physically lift participants into transportation vehicles, nor provide special individual assistance to participants for walking or other personal care needs.
Participants must be 18-21 years of age or older to register for most trips unless otherwise noted.
The Y charters transportation locally from Lamers Bus Lines or Kobussen Buses.
For special health or dietary requests, please notify Julie Swiecichowski at 920.886.2177 or gro.seiticxofacmy@ikswohciceiwsj as soon as possible.
Walkers are permitted but the Y does not provide them, and walkers can be stored under the coach.
Oxygen tanks need special securing so advance notice must be provided (minimal AC power is available).
