FOREVERWELL Trips include local field trips, one-day bus trips, overnight bus trips and flight-based travel opportunities. Adult field trips are local outings designed to explore the Fox Cities area. Transportation is not provided for adult field trips, and participants are responsible for meeting at the trip location at the designated time. Adult field trips are typically $3 per trip and registration is available online or at the Member Services Desk of any YMCA of the Fox Cities location.
Adult bus trips are developed by the FOREVERWELL Department and are designed for a wide range of interests, ages, activity and mobility levels. Most bus trips include deluxe motorcoach transportation unless otherwise noted. Motorcoaches may include a restroom, climate control, reading lamps, extra head and legroom, panoramic passenger windows, reclining seats, cargo bays and above-head storage.
Registration for 2026 one-day bus trips begins Monday, February 16, 2026. A paid registration is required to secure a seat, and trips may fill quickly. Participants may register in person with cash, check or credit card at any YMCA of the Fox Cities location, or online with a credit card. Detailed trip information is emailed before the trip date in a confirmation letter.
Flight-based trips provide one-of-a-kind travel adventures in the U.S. and internationally. These trips bring the community together through an organization participants know and trust, with planned excursions, time to relax and opportunities to personalize the experience. For additional information about flight-based travel, contact Kate Yates at 920.886.2105 or gro.seiticxofacmy@setayk.

Bus Trips FAQs
Registration for 2026 one-day bus trips begins Monday, February 16, 2026. Registration will not be available before that date.
Most bus trips include deluxe transportation unless otherwise noted. Trip listings may also include admissions, tickets, meals, tours and gratuities depending on the specific trip.
Not all transportation vendors can accommodate wheelchair-accessible vehicles for all trips. Persons who require assistance must be accompanied by a paid participant who is fully responsible for that person. The YMCA of the Fox Cities and its volunteers may not physically lift participants into transportation vehicles, nor provide special individual assistance to participants for walking or other personal care needs.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to register for most trips unless otherwise noted.
The Y charters transportation locally from Lamers Bus Lines or Kobussen Buses.
FOR ONE DAY BUS TRIPS: Before your trip, you will receive a confirmation email that will include specific trip-related information and any itinerary updates.
FOR OVERNIGHT BUS TRIPS: Prior to trip departure, a mandatory pre-trip meeting will be hosted at a Y branch. There you will receive itineraries and any other final details.
For special health or dietary requests, please notify Julie Swiecichowski as soon as possible.
Walkers are permitted but the Y does not provide them, and walkers can be stored under the coach.
Oxygen tanks need special securing so advance notice must be provided (minimal AC power is available).
