Our Mission and Our Cause
The YMCA of the Fox Cities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening our community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice by promoting youth, adult and family activities that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. For more than 136 years, we have been a unifying force in the Fox Valley — a place where neighbors connect, families grow stronger and community needs are met. We are guided by our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, and we welcome everyone who walks through our doors.

More Than a Gym
The Y is not just a place to work out — it is a cause. We exist to make our community stronger, and every program, every membership and every interaction is part of that work. Whether you are dropping your child off for swim lessons, attending a group fitness class or volunteering at a community event, you are part of something bigger. The YMCA of the Fox Cities has been here for all, and we always will be.

No One Turned Away
What truly sets the Y apart is our commitment to making sure everyone can belong. We do not turn anyone away because of their inability to pay. Through our Membership for All Assistance program, we work with individuals and families to find a path to participation — no judgment, no barriers. We meet people where they are, because we believe the Y should be for everyone in the Fox Cities, not just those who can easily afford it.

Life at the Y
