


Having the proper training allows us to offer excellent service and care to our members in any situation. The following trainings are required to be completed by all employees according to established deadlines. Sign-up may be completed at any Member Services Desk or on the Staff Website. Contact your direct supervisor with any questions.

Within 90 days of employment. Required annually. Must be taken at your primary branch.

Within 7 days of hire. Complete the Association Hazard Communication training in your UKG checklist AND complete department-specific Hazard Communication training with a supervisor.
Required video introductions to working at the YMCA. All staff complete within first 30 days of employment.
All Staff Rally
Required annually for all YMCA staff.
Key Leaders Meeting
Required annually for all Director and Coordinator level positions.
Mission Impact Branch Staff Meeting
Each branch holds 2 meetings per year. All branch staff at each location are recommended to attend their primary branch. Association staff should attend a branch meeting.
