Our goal is to turn our clients into their own personal trainers — giving you the knowledge, confidence, and motivation to take charge of your own health and well-being for life. Our nationally certified Personal Trainers go far beyond a challenging workout. They teach you how to exercise effectively and safely, help you rehabilitate from injury, and design a detailed training program built specifically for you. Available at all six YMCA of the Fox Cities locations, Personal Training is open to members and the general public. Sessions are 45 minutes.



What Personal Training Can Do for You
Whether you’re just getting started, training for an event, recovering from injury, or looking to break through a plateau, our trainers are ready to meet you where you are. Here’s what working with a Y Personal Trainer can help you achieve.
Individual Personal Training
Work one-on-one with a nationally certified Personal Trainer for a fully personalized experience. Your trainer will increase your stability, flexibility, and core strength, boost your fitness and energy levels, improve your confidence, develop your technique, adjust your program as you improve, and show you real results — in 30 days or less. Sessions are 45 minutes.
Partner Personal Training
Train alongside a friend, spouse, or coworker and split the cost while keeping the results. Partner Personal Training provides the same personalized programming as individual training — but with the added energy and accountability of working out with someone you know. Workouts are designed around your shared goals and needs. Sessions are 45 minutes. Pricing is per person.
Private Group Personal Training
Private Group Personal Training saves you money while providing a supportive, energetic atmosphere to help you achieve your goals. Workouts are designed based on your group’s specific goals and needs. It’s the best of both worlds — personalized programming with the motivation of a group. Sessions are 45 minutes. Pricing is per person.
Pre & Post-Rehabilitation Training
Recovering from or preparing for a knee, hip, or shoulder replacement or surgery? Our trained specialists work with you to prepare your body prior to surgery and support your recovery after a musculoskeletal procedure. Pre and Post-Rehab training bridges the gap between medical care and returning to your everyday activity level.
