Your Goals. Your Plan. Your Trainer.
Our goal is to turn our clients into their own personal trainers — giving you the knowledge, confidence, and motivation to take charge of your own health and well-being for life. Our nationally certified Personal Trainers go far beyond a challenging workout. They teach you how to exercise effectively and safely, help you rehabilitate from injury, and design a detailed training program built specifically for you. Available at all six YMCA of the Fox Cities locations, Personal Training is open to members and the general public.
Available at All Six Y Locations
Personal Training is offered at every YMCA of the Fox Cities location. No matter which Y is most convenient for you, a certified trainer is ready to help you reach your goals. Contact the location closest to you to get started, or fill out the inquiry form above.
