MZ-Open allows YMCA members to access the MyZone system directly from their Apple, Google Pixel, or Samsung smartwatch — eliminating the need to purchase a MyZone belt. Simply connect your smartwatch and start experiencing the full benefit of MyZone’s heart rate training, real-time feedback, and community features.
